Come & join our winning team!Benefits include Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision and Company matching 401KAll applications must be completed in entirety/Local candidates onlyLicensed Clinical Supervisor - CVHIThe Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the California Veterans Health Initiative (CVHI) reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services – CVHI (also known as the Clinical Director – CVHI). This individual is responsible for overseeing the CVHI program through clinical supervision and providing direct services. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring treatment protocols and policies are followed, and facilitating regular team meetings to review caseloads and current issues. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor also works with leadership to develop training plans for clinicians and ensures the implementation of evidence-based practices, and they oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance for client records, and submitting program evaluations and reports. Additionally, the licensed clinical supervisor delivers evidence-based therapy to veterans and their families, performs patient screenings and assessments, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care in support of U.S.VETS' mission.FLSA Classification: ExemptResponsibilitiesOversees clinical aspects of the program along with providing staff clinical supervision, both individual and group, and direct services to clientsEnsures that staff clinicians are providing treatment in compliance with established protocol and policyMeets regularly with the clinical team to allocate caseloads and keep abreast of current issuesCommunicates program information and updates to clinical staffCollaborates with leadership to establish training and development plans for clinical staffMonitors and facilitates the implementation of evidence-based practices by clinic staffEnsures quality assurance and conducts regulatory compliance audits of client files (paper and electronic)Provides on-going program evaluation and recommendations to the Director of Clinical Services (Clinical Director) for continuous growth and quality improvementPrepares and submits weekly and monthly program reports, including ad hoc reports as requested by the Director of Clinical Services (Clinical Director)Provides evidence-based treatment to veterans and their families, including individuals, couples, and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and childrenConducts and documents patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, and progress and referral informationConducts clinical intake assessments on veterans and family members as neededCollaborates and coordinates with caregivers, physicians, case management and all other disciplines to provide the best care to patients as neededAttends weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetingsProvides services via telehealth platform as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsLCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure requiredMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or Psychology requiredMust meet requirements to be an approved supervisor by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)At least five years' experience in a clinical settingKnowledge in DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnosesAt least three years of supervisory experienceAvailability to be on call 24-hours for crisis managementExperience in PTSD diagnosis and treatmentExperience working with adults, children, couples, and familiesKnowledge of evidence-based practice, including targeted, evidence-based treatment modalities and measurement-based careExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in computer and information systemsProfessional demeanor and appearanceExperience working with military populations and/or veterans is strongly preferred.Ability to take general direction, work independently, and within a teamAbility to work effectively with diverse group of clients, staff, and community membersReliable transportation requiredMust have a valid driver's license, meet company insurance requirements, complete a provided driver training course, and drive company vehicles for work-related activities to include client transportationNON-DISCRIMINATION POLICYU .S.VETS subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity.
