We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to deliver quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include: Planning for each shift Monitoring performance during the shift Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift Helping departments meet their goals Managing crew, scheduling, training As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
