- Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating guests' arrivals, departures and requirements at the main desk of the hotel
- Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests.
- Issues room keys or cards.
- Responsible for maintaing high occupancy rate and attending to all inbound/outbound reservation sales.
- Keeps records of occupied and vacant rooms and guests' accounts.
- Processes audit reports and submit direct bill invoices.
- Contacts various staff members to assist guests as needed.
- Handles guest complaints or concerns.
- Keeping the front desk area clean every shift, including and not limited to spraying and cleaning all windows, all work spaces, guest waiting area and break room.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
