A health care organization in New York seeks a Registered Nurse for its Nurse Family Partnership program. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to pregnant and postpartum mothers and their infants. Responsibilities include delivering health education, coordinating care, and maintaining communication with team members. A NY State RN license and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are required.
