Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk

Toyota of North Canton is hiring an experienced automotive accounts payable receivables clerk.

Ideal candidates have automotive AP/AR experience and experience with Reynolds & Reynolds. A good understanding of automotive accounting office procedures and processes is required. This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include posting invoices, reconciling statements, disbursing checks, balancing statements and finalizing data, preparing accounts for payments and verifying data in the system, following up on past due accounts and returned checks, and other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications include knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform, strong communication skills and eagerness to improve, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and preferred AR/AP experience in an automotive dealership.
