In our recent survey 96 percent of employees said they are proud to work at Palm Garden.What You Will Do:Ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA and local health department requirementsOversee fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, generators and emergency preparedness plansMaintain preventative maintenance schedules specific to healthcare equipmentLead maintenance staff while ensuring resident safetyWhat We Are Looking For:1-3 years experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility to include Life Safety, CMS, Infection Control and Survey requirement knowledgeCurrent experience in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing a plus!Routine preventive maintenance experienceWhat We Offer:Daily Pay option.
