The agency is in an amazing, highly visible location with a Keller Williams office directly above it, providing additional opportunities for professional networking, community connections, and potential referral relationships.

Responsibilities

Respond to warm, inbound leads provided by the agency—no cold calling required

Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs, priorities, and current insurance coverage

Prepare quotes and sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, RV, Commercial, Umbrella, Pet, Life, and more

• Use a consultative sales approach to explain coverage options, build value, and help customers make informed decisions
• Follow up consistently with prospects and actively work toward individual sales and production goals
• Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide customers toward completing the sale
• Coordinate with the agency’s customer experience team to provide a smooth transition and positive experience after each sale
• Accurately document customer information, sales activity, and follow-up notes within agency systems
• Follow all agency procedures, insurance regulations, and carrier guidelines

Requirements

• Hold an active Texas Property & Casualty license; Life & Health is a plus.

• Have a proven track record in insurance or another results-driven sales environment.

• Are confident, competitive, and motivated by measurable goals.

• Know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close business.

• Are self-motivated, accountable, and consistent with follow-up.

• Are coachable and always looking for ways to improve.

• Enjoy working alongside a high-performing, supportive sales team.
