Software License Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Create documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Works with project teams to create products that reflect appropriate rigor and organize, review, and edit written products for format, clarity, and message. Maintains health of the Software License Management (SLM) services. Assists with the analysis and disposition of software license requests. Investigates software license issue requests. Acquires licenses from software vendor website portals and distributes new licenses to customers. Validates software license purchases by DIA offices/organization. Ensures license deployments are within the CIO's contractual limits. Develops and modifies relevant plans, policies, and procedures, to include updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) associated with software license management. Ability to quickly learn DIA's Service Now applications. Assists with the integration of the SLM services with CIO financial and IT management systems. Assists with the integration of SLM services with the Service Now Software Asset Management application module. Ability to demonstrate extreme flexibility toward working ad hoc tasks and special projects related to software license management. Tracks and takes timely license recoupment actions to closure. Qualifications TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph) Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience Education: Master\'s degree in a related field Knowledge of SLM Processes. Keen attention to detail and experience with data entry. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with a variety of SLM tools.
