Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Accounts Receivable Coordinator We are currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator opportunity at a global manufacturing company located in Lowell, MA. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer invoice portals, supporting accounts receivable and collections activities, and overseeing the shared accounts receivable mailbox. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a large-scale, international manufacturing or technology company. This is a 2.5-3+ month contract role paying between $40-$45/hour (depending on experience). This position requires onsite presence in Lowell, MA, two days a week. Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer invoice portals and electronic invoicing platforms. Support accounts receivable and collections activities while escalating outstanding payment and billing concerns. Process and submit invoices, address billing portal issues, and maintain compliance with customer invoicing requirements. Oversee the shared accounts receivable mailbox and promptly address customer billing inquiries. Monitor invoice portal performance and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance billing processes. Partner with Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams to support customer onboarding and address portal-related requests. Provide additional support as needed. Qualifications 5-10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Demonstrated accounts receivable experience within a large-scale corporate environment, supporting organizations with $100M+ in annual revenue. Proven ability to oversee customer-facing billing systems, including electronic invoicing platforms and online billing portals. Proven expertise in accounts receivable operations, collections management, and customer relationship support.
