Senior Manager, Patient Assistance Programs, Operations & Insights

Senior Manager overseeing Pfizer's Patient Assistance Programs across multiple business units, combining operational management of vendor performance with analytics and data-driven insights to optimize program strategy and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee PAP operations and vendor performance across Specialty Care, Oncology, and Primary Care business units
- Develop forecasting models and analyze enrollment, eligibility, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries tracking KPIs and vendor performance measures
- Manage vendor relationships for application processing, call center operations, fulfillment, and enrollment support
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements and Pfizer PAP standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience influencing and collaborating across peer groups
- Expertise in data analysis, forecasting models, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and operational performance against SLAs
- Strong knowledge of patient assistance program regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with analytics tools, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting
- Experience with digital platforms and patient-facing communications
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder expectations
