Resumen del Puesto El Recepcionista de Recepción juega un papel clave para garantizar un entorno de oficina acogedor y organizado. Este individuo se encargará de las responsabilidades de recepción, ayudará con la comunicación de los clientes y brindará apoyo administrativo al personal legal y de operaciones. Responsabilidades Clave Recibir a clientes y visitantes de manera profesional, cortés y amigable Responder y dirigir llamadas y correos entrantes a los departamentos apropiados Gestionar la programación para consultas de clientes y reuniones con abogados Mantener un mostrador y área de recepción limpios, organizados y acogedores Ayudar con los procesos de recepción y entrada de datos en el sistema de gestión de casos Recibir y clasificar correo, envíos y paquetes Apoyar al equipo legal con copiado, escaneo y archivo de documentos Mantener la confidencialidad de toda la información de clientes y relacionados con la firma Proporcionar apoyo administrativo para eventos, proyectos o comunicaciones a nivel de firma Habilidades y Calificaciones Requeridas Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente requerido 1-2 años de experiencia en un rol de recepcionista, servicio al cliente o apoyo administrativo (preferiblemente en un entorno legal) Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas Fuertes habilidades interpersonales con un comportamiento profesional Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar en un entorno rápido Competencia en Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bilingüe en inglés y español Familiaridad con terminología legal o procesos de inmigración (un plus) Trabajar para Konare Law: Únete a Nuestra Visión, Experimenta los Beneficios Salud y Bienestar Seguro de Salud: ¡Te cubrimos!
