Sales & Operations Coordinator (Entry Level)SummaryOne of our clients is seeking to hire a Sales & Operations Coordinator to grow with their company. They are a U.S.-based supplier of parts and repair services for 200mm/300mm semiconductor equipment (AMAT, LAM/Novellus, TEL). They source from partners in Korea, Taiwan, and other countries, and supply leading chip makers in the U.S. and Europe.No semiconductor experience needed. Training is provided, with a clear path from operations to independent sales.ResponsibilitiesEntry LevelPrepare domestic and international shipping and customs documents (packing lists, commercial invoices, Incoterms)Select shipping methods and track shipments and turnaround timeVerify part numbers and specs, process POs, and maintain inventory recordsLearn the RFQ and quotation process, and how customers and vendors work togetherGrowth PathYear 1+: Manage the full RFQ Quote Order Invoice cycle, vendors, lead times, pricing/margin, warranty returns, and hazmat complianceYear 2+: Become an independent sales agent, owning customer relationships, marketing new parts and repair services, sourcing, and pricing strategyTimelines vary with aptitude and training.QualificationsCollege degree (any field; engineering not required)0-3 years of relevant experience preferredKorean bilingual preferredClear verbal and written communication (emails, quotes, Excel/PowerPoint)High-school-level science understandingProactive, self-driven learner eager to grow in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills, with root-cause analysis and good judgment on when to ask for helpAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detailCalm and composed under pressureCommitment to business ethics and confidentialitySalary:$55K-$63K (based on experience)BenefitsMonthly health stipend reimbursing your individual ACA health insurance premium (in lieu of a group health plan)Structured training and career advancementNote: Visa sponsorship is not available.Why work at BTI?We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
