Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to serve as a clinical bedside leader, ensuring high‑quality resident care and precise execution of physician orders. Key Responsibilities of the LPN Medication Management: Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments following established safety protocols. Order Transcription: Accurately transcribe physician orders and coordinate seamlessly with pharmacy providers. Clinical Monitoring: Track resident health status, perform routine assessments, and promptly report changes to the RN or DON. Documentation Excellence: Complete accurate, timely daily charting in the electronic health record (EHR). Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and therapists to maintain excellent continuity of care and compliant unit operations. Qualifications License: Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
