Position Overview Now Hiring: Project Coordinator (Part-Time) Breckenridge, CO $28–$32/hour (DOE) Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | Approximately 25 Hours Per Week Join a Growing Construction Team Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing Temporary Fence Division. If you enjoy keeping projects organized, working with customers and subcontractors, and helping a busy team stay on schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company with room for advancement. What You'll Do Support the Temporary Fence sales team with daily project coordination Track customer projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and required documentation Collect and maintain insurance certificates and project records Complete customer prequalification requirements Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative tasks Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule What We’re Looking For Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Construction or contractor experience is a plus Why Join PSG?
