Company Page : Job Summary The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting incoming, in-process, final, and reworked medical imaging systems to ensure they meet specifications and regulatory requirements. This role supports product quality and compliance by performing visual inspections, functional tests, and documentation reviews against ISO 13485 and internal procedures. Main Responsibilities Uncrate incoming systems and materials, inspect for damage, and verify contents against packing lists. Document inspection results on inspection reports to be included in the Device History Record (DHR). Review production records for completeness and accuracy during final inspection. Perform final functional testing on completed medical imaging systems prior to release. Conduct in-process inspections as required to verify production quality. Identify and report nonconforming material findings to Quality Engineering for resolution. Perform inspections on reworked product to verify resolution of nonconformities and ensure compliance with requirements. Maintain separation of inspected and uninspected product to ensure material control. Operate within ISO 13485-compliant procedures and maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Collaborate with production and warehouse personnel to support efficient inspection workflows. Requirements A college degree in engineering or closely related field is a plus, equivalent work experience will be considered. Minimum 1 year of experience related to quality inspection strongly preferred Familiar with ISO13485(preferred), ISO9001 Basic knowledge in test equipment (ruler, caliper, force gauge). Skills Strong executive force and ability to drive improvement. Work proactively and have a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and team spirit. Good reading and writing skills.
