Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Do you have experience in shipping coordination and export compliance?
Join a leading manufacturer as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and play a key role in supporting global logistics operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the accurate and timely shipment of critical aerospace components while maintaining full compliance with international trade regulations. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Manufacturing, R&D, Customer Service, and Supply Chainto streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to global clients.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Responsibilities
- Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming materials against shipping and purchase documentation.
- Pick, pack, label, and load products for timely shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, including damaged, cancelled, or back-ordered items.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $24-$25 depending on experience
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Experience preparing documentation and coordinating global shipments
- Familiarity with Carnet processing and hazardous materials shipping
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and trade compliance software
- High school diploma or GED required
