Dentist - Part-time

A well-established dental practice located just outside Albany in the growing and family-friendly community of Glenmont, NY, is seeking a personable, motivated, and clinically skilled Associate Dentist to join their team part-time . The incoming Associate will join a modern, fully digital office supported by a seasoned and upbeat clinical and administrative team. The office prides itself on a strong patient base, advanced technology, and a collaborative work environment. You ll be working with an organization that values clinical autonomy while providing the resources and support of a larger dental management group known for empowering its providers through continuing education, operational support, and practice development tools.

Location Highlights:

Glenmont, NY is a peaceful suburb just minutes from downtown Albany. The area is known for its excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and easy access to the Hudson River, parks, and scenic trails. It offers the comfort of suburban living with the convenience of urban amenities close by.

Practice Overview:

• 3 Doctor chairs / 3 Hygiene chairs

• 1,700 active patients

• Patient mix: 80% PPO / 20% Fee-for-service

• Digital X-rays, Medit digital scanner, Overjet, Wave One

• Average of 40 new patients per month

• Supportive and experienced clinical and front desk team

• Schedule: Thursdays 9 AM 6 PM & Fridays 7:30 AM 3:30 PM

Candidate Requirements:

• DMD/DDS with an active NY license

• 3 5 years of clinical experience preferred

• GPR or AEGD completion preferred

• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry

• Comfortable diagnosing and treating independently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A patient-centered approach to care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual earning potential: $125,000 $170,000
