Job Summary This position is a Service Coordinator supporting the CustomerCenterand serving the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. The Service Coordinatoris responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and efficiently and effectively coordinating service technicians to meet customer needs.? Service Coordinators will manage and communicate with customers, sales teams, and management, while adhering to all order management and operational requirements of the position. Responsibilities Answer incoming servicecalls and schedule techniciansto performpreventive maintenanceandservice repairs.When scheduling and tracking service technicians,maximize operating efficiency and effectiveness. Guide and develop service technicians asappropriate,assistingin technical issue resolution. Ensuretimelyandaccurateinvoicing. Manage service inventory and rental fleets (repair status, location, etc.) Ensure environmental, health and safety, as well as Operational Excellence adherence in the CustomerCenter.Assistwith the auditing process. Earn customer loyalty by effectively and efficiently managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Generate and follow-up on service quotes and seek new business whenever possible. Order and receive parts for jobs.Monitor shipping and receiving activities. Conductservice request data entryand management.?Submitwarranty claims andshipparts to the factory.? Ensure SARBOX compliance. Displayteam effort and dedication to customer bymaintainingflexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GEDand 2-3 years of experience in a related field isrequired. Associate’sorBachelor’sdegree preferred? Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and workingproficiencywithhand-heldcomputer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) isrequired. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred. Forklift certification aplus, butnotrequired(we'llcertify you!) This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling.? It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move 40+ lbs. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This position will be based in Dallas,TX and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%). Exceptional organization, communication (verbal and written), and follow-up skills with the ability to effectively manage a high volume of priorities and commitments in a highly visible, fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to follow standard processes and work autonomously while understanding when to escalation issues that require further review. Exceptional customer service skills, including proper phone etiquette and skills.
