IT Business AnalystHybrid Role – Boston, MASalary: $80,000 – $90,000 per yearWhy Take The IT Business Analyst Role With This Company?Join a leading private equity real estate investment firm undergoing a major data and analytics transformationWork directly with the VP of Technology and business leaders across the organizationPlay a key role in a new data warehouse, reporting, and AI initiativeGain exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, AI tools, and enterprise business systemsHighly visible role with significant growth potentialHybrid work environment with strong collaboration and executive exposureWhat Will The IT Business Analyst Do?Support the implementation of a new enterprise data warehouseGather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business unitsAssist with data cleansing, validation, and data quality initiativesWork alongside external consultants to support data and reporting projectsDevelop reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and related toolsSupport future AI and automation initiatives utilizing tools such as ChatGPT and ClaudeDocument workflows, processes, and business requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve business processes through technologyWhat The Company Needs In An IT Business Analyst:2-5 years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experienceBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldExperience working with databases, data structures, and data analysisStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersExperience with data cleansing, reporting, or business intelligence initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies preferredFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot preferredFinancial services, private equity, or commercial real estate experience is a plusAbility to work onsite in Boston four days per week
