As a Legal Administrative Manager , you’ll play a critical role in leading administrative support for our Legal team—ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality service in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead day‑to‑day legal administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and high‑quality support Partner with legal leadership to align staffing, priorities, and operational objectives Manage, coach, and develop administrative teams to drive performance and engagement Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation to meet deadlines and department needs Support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, scalable team Monitor metrics and operational trends to improve service delivery and efficiency What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal or administrative setting 5+ years supporting legal operations in a law firm or legal department environment 3+ years of leadership experience managing administrative or operational staffStrong understanding of legal workflows and administrative support functions Proven ability to manage priorities, allocate resources, and drive operational efficiency Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Desire to live Slide’s Core Values.
