Currently hiring for Full Time ; 8AM - 4PM. Responsibilities: Assistresidents with restorative nursing programs, mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Encourage resident participation in activities that promote independence Monitor and document resident progress and report any changes in condition Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while following infection control procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and therapy staff Compensation Weekday pay starts at$20.00 with full benefitsor up to$22.00 for no-frills options Weekend pay starts at$25.00 up to $27.00 Additionalshift differentials available Benefits Comprehensive medical,RX ,and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications: Active CNA certification in good standing Previousrestorative or long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of safe patient handling and restorative care techniques Strong communicationand teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered, and dependable attitude About Us AtImperial Healthcare, we take pride in treating each resident and their family members with compassion, dignity, and respect.
