Role Description The Sales Associate Dialer role is a full-time, on-site position based in north Phoenix - Scottsdale, AZ. —This role supports loan officers by handling incoming leads, conducting initial client outreach, and gathering essential borrower information. The Sales Associate Dialer role helps guide potential clients through early stages of the mortgage process, including qualifying discussions, appointment scheduling, and basic product explanations under supervision. Daily responsibilities include managing CRM data, following up on cold, cool, warm, & hot leads, coordinating documentation requests, and collaborating with the Loan Officers team to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires consistent phone and communication with clients, as well as working closely with the sales team to meet production and service goals. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Sales-oriented mindset with experience or interest in inside sales, lead management, and pipeline follow-up in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of mortgage or financial services concepts (or willingness to learn quickly) and comfort discussing loan products under guidance. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage CRM records, and maintain detailed documentation. Proficiency with standard office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms; ability to learn new systems efficiently. Collaborative approach to working with loan officers, processors, and other team members to support loan volume and customer satisfaction goals. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail; commitment to complying with company policies and industry regulations. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or mortgage/financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
