Contract Project Manager

To support a growing team, the fully remote Contract Project Manager will oversee account performance, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial success and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Oversee Client Solutions account performance, including labor tracking, billing accuracy, and risk management Proactively manage project objectives and workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints Collaborate with Group Directors on resource allocation, project cost-outs, and financial tracking to maintain alignment with budgets Required qualifications 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the advertising/marketing industry PMP Certification or actively working towards certification is desired Proficiency in Google Workspace Experience with Deltek Workbook or Deltek products is a plus Highly organized and adaptable with strong decision-making skills under pressure
