Exciting contract-to-hire roles are available for both middle and high school levels, serving a manageable caseload of 20 students or fewer. With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours—and the potential to expand up to 40 hours for essential planning periods—you’ll have the flexibility needed for both instruction and preparation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Adaptive Curriculum Certification required
• Experience working with students in middle school and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), data collection, and progress monitoring
• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 20 students or fewer, ensuring personalized support for each learner
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs tailored to individual student goals and needs
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in alignment with adaptive curriculum standards
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate results with families and team members
• Collaborate closely with support staff, general education teachers, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment
• Utilize planning periods effectively to maximize student success
