Project Manager – Structural Steel ErectionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel erection and be comfortable managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field crews, and client relationships.Manage structural steel erection projects from start to finishOversee project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall performanceCoordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field personnelReview contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirementsCoordinate steel deliveries, erection schedules, cranes, equipment, and manpowerManage subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersConduct project meetings and provide regular updates to managementMonitor project progress and address issues to keep work on scheduleEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetSupport project closeout and final documentation5+ years of project management experience in structural steel erectionStrong understanding of steel erection processes, sequencing, rigging, and field operationsAbility to read and interpret structural drawings and erection plansExperience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with general contractors and commercial construction teamsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLong-term career advancement with a stable, growing contractor
