We believe in building trust, communicating clearly, and helping clients understand a legal system that often feels overwhelming.If that kind of work motivates you, you'll fit right in.You May Be a Great Fit If You...Have meaningful plaintiff or insurance defense litigation experience.Enjoy negotiating and advocating for clients.Want greater ownership over your cases and client relationships.Value collaboration but enjoy working independently.Communicate well with clients from diverse backgrounds.Enjoy helping people through difficult situations.Are interested in helping build a growing firm rather than simply filling a role.Are comfortable learning new technology and improving systems.What You'll DoHandle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.Negotiate directly with insurance companies.Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.Conduct and defend depositions.Handle arbitrations.Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.Utilize technology, including Clio and AI tools, to improve efficiency.More About the ClientFor more than 15 years, the firm has represented individuals and small business owners during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Many of those clients are immigrants, professional drivers, and entrepreneurs who depend on their vehicles and businesses to support their families.
