Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Construction Management to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while leading teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.


In addition to overseeing projects, this role will focus on improving operational efficiency by developing and implementing processes that streamline estimating and accelerate the bidding process.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while ensuring milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Communicate project updates with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays.
• Create, document, and implement standardized processes to improve project execution.
• Develop and optimize workflows to speed up bid preparation and proposal submissions.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to improve bid accuracy and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience improving business processes and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential construction projects.
