Responsibilities Document and draft meeting minutes for all project meetings. Work with Senior Project Managers to establish, document, and fine‑tune all timelines and milestones for every project phase. Assist with ordering, procuring, tracking, and shipping materials necessary for project completion. Verify that all pertinent project information (sales order, shop drawings, graphics proofs, etc.) is communicated clearly to the production team. Draft Action Lists, Task Lists, Work Orders, and Punch Lists aligned with schedules and milestones. Maintain and document communication with production leads and departments to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Travel to project sites to verify and coordinate site conditions with clients or general contractors. Keep an up‑to‑date list of tasks and key dates in the project management software system. Conduct quality control checks on all items/components, correct any issues before inspections, and ensure completed products are properly photographed. Coordinate and direct all internal and client inspections. Archive thorough records of all projects for future reference.
