The successful candidate must also have a strong commitment to research and scholarly activities, and service to the Department, College, University and Community. Minimum requirements include: Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field at the time of appointment Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, staff and faculty from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence Demonstrated potential to publish in peer-reviewed journals Demonstrated potential to contribute to the excellence of the academic community through research, teaching and/or service Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Evidence of developing and/or advising student-focused experiential learning activities Expertise in finance Previous peer-reviewed journal publications in Real Estate and Finance Teaching experience at university level EEO Statement: This position is open and available to all regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
