Our culture is entrepreneurial, and our team members are trusted to operate with accountability and discretion.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to support the Chief Human Resources Officer with day-to-day HR administration. This role will focus on HR operations, payroll support, policy administration, and compliance, and is well-suited for an HR professional who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.This position is part-time initially, with the potential to transition to full-time as business needs evolve.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary resource for employee questions related to payroll, policies, and HR systemsAssist with payroll administration, including employee changes, audits/reconciliations, and coordination with external payroll providersMaintain accurate employee data, HR records, and documentation across HR systemsSupport benefits administration tasks, enrollments, and employee inquiriesAssist with HR policy maintenance, organization, and documentationSupport compliance requirements, record retention, and audit preparationHelp document and improve HR processes, workflows, and internal controlsProvide administrative and project support to the CHRO as neededQualifications4+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related rolePrior experience supporting payroll processes and working with HR systemsExperience with Centrally HR (preferred)Strong familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and documentation practicesHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in the officeAbility to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferredThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
