Tech Lead Opportunity At Shuttle Central

We are looking for an exceptional track-record tech lead to help us build and technically manage our projects at Shuttle Central. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team, working on technical design and architecture of the projects. Additionally, you will need to convert requirements into technical specifications and designs, as well as develop and research new technologies.

You will work closely with the CEO to establish the technological vision and roadmap of Shuttle Central. You will also collaborate with the leaders of Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams to create extraordinary user experiences to drive us into the next level.

Your responsibilities will also include developing work plans, documenting projects, internal and external training on the technologies used in the startup. Roughly 20% of your role will be management/leadership responsibilities, and 80% of the responsibilities will require you to flex your technical skills.

Basic requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Advanced PHP.
• Postgres database and database migrations.
• Development of REST APIs.

• Flexbox.
• Knowledge in Bootstrap, material UI or other CSS frameworks.
• Axios.
• Consumption of REST APIs.
• Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Use of command line through SSH.
• GIT.
• Knowledge in DevOps.
• Knowledge in security for handling sensitive information (PCI).
• Excellent programming practices.
• Handler of queues and topics.
