If you understand how hospital operations work and enjoy coordinating across clinical, business, and technical teams, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What You’ll Do: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of IT projects — from new clinical and business applications to infrastructure and network upgrades. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all dependencies and milestones are clearly defined and executed. Collaborate with clinicians, department heads, and IT staff to align project goals with the organization’s strategic objectives. Manage cross-functional teams — including internal staff, consultants, and vendors — to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget. Monitor progress, track risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact project success. Prepare clear, insightful reports for leadership on timelines, budgets, and key deliverables. Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and user acceptance criteria.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing IT projects in a hospital or large healthcare environment (required). Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and medical claims processes. Hands-on experience using MS Project or similar project management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills — you know how to motivate teams and build trust across departments. Experience managing project budgets and timelines with precision.
