Lead Teller - West Bellfort

Position Overview As a Lead Teller in PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX in an in‑office environment. You will coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience, improve customer financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience, improve customer financial wellbeing, and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions, and leverage technology, tools, and resources. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; university/college degree not required. 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service; comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Knowledge of banking products and customer‑service skills. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multi‑priorities handling skills. Prior experience coaching or mentoring (preferred).
