AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence

• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative therapy team

• CPR certification preferred
