Social Media Intern

4AM is a modern skincare brand creating research-backed essentials for real life. Best known for Clean Sheets, individually wrapped, serum-infused cleansing wipes, 4AM is building a community-first brand at the intersection of beauty, wellness, fitness, and culture. The brand recently launched nationwide at Target. Having recently launched nationwide at Target, they're looking for ambitious, creative, and highly organized interns to join their team this fall and gain hands-on experience at a rapidly growing consumer brand. Responsibilities Brainstorming content ideas and social concepts Assisting with content planning and social calendars Capturing behind-the-scenes content during shoots, meetings, and events Filming and editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories Helping identify trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments Supporting community management by monitoring comments, DMs, and creator interactions Assisting with creator content organization and UGC management Researching creators, competitors, and social trends Helping prepare content for product launches, partnerships, and retail moments Supporting photoshoots and content production days Organizing digital assets and maintaining content libraries Events & Activation responsibilities may include: Capturing behind-the-scenes content Creating real-time social coverage for Stories and TikTok Filming creator and community moments Please note that event attendance may occasionally fall outside of regular internship hours. 4AM will compensate accordingly. Requirements Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable filming and editing short-form content Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms Familiar with CapCut or similar editing software Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Excited to contribute ideas and take initiative Previous internship or content creation experience is required College credit compensation Meals and travel expenses covered for internship-related activities Mentorship from a small, highly collaborative team Opportunity to attend exclusive industry, creator, and community events #J-18808-Ljbffr
