What we are looking for: Fresh Digital Group (FRSH) is looking for a highly motivated, driven Social Media Intern. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the CEO’s online presence across social media platforms, producing engaging content, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, creative, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain the CEO’s online presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels. Create and share engaging content, including copy, visuals, and strategy across social media platforms. Use blogs, discussion boards, wikis, RSS feeds, and search platforms to represent the company online. Monitor and increase audience engagement and follower growth. Manage engagement across all social media platforms. Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to write, proofread, and format materials. Track business trends and identify opportunities to target potential clients across industries based on consumer activity. Engage with the community of fans and followers online regularly. Write engaging content for various audiences with strong writing skills. Show sense of humor, quick‑wit, and creativity when applicable. Qualifications: Students pursuing a BA/BS (MBA candidates highly desirable). Strong knowledge of running social media campaigns and engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. Cover letter required. Some experience navigating through startups. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Tech savvy with passion for mobile technologies, innovation, and emerging categories. Ability to market small and big businesses while being comfortable with networking. Entrepreneurial spirit eager to be part of a great opportunity. Works well under pressure/short deadlines and can interact well with senior leadership. Candidates can receive college credit for the internship.
