Responsibilities include assisting with patient preparation, from transport to surgical draping, all under the guidance of a Perioperative RN. During surgeries, you are vital in providing necessary instruments and supplies directly to surgeons, anticipating their needs to maintain efficiency and safety. This role also involves post-surgical tasks such as room turnover, instrument decontamination, and restocking.
