In partnership with the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will help strengthen the organization’s financial foundation, elevate public visibility, and ensure sustained impact for future generations. The position is expected to combine long-range strategic thinking with effective organizational leadership, supporting alignment across artistic and operational priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
