the client is a coalition of individual donors and institutional funders dedicated to supporting the strategic and financial health of Georgia’s multi-issue progressive movement. The mission is grounded in the belief that effective government helps make the state prosperous and equitable, with a focus on grassroots community organizing, strategic coordination, and coalition building. the client funds civic engagement organizations in Georgia and provides guidance to other funders on directing investment to build strong, year-round organizing aligned with progressive policy and electoral outcomes. the client also coordinates planning and strategy across an extensive network of state-based organizations, and provides training and support intended to strengthen the skills and impact of these groups. the client offers an engaged, motivated team, a dedicated board, and a community of donors committed to staff success, along with access to a network of strong, strategic organizations across the state. the role will support the organization’s coalition-building and coordination efforts that drive organizing strength and long-term movement impact.
