Laboratory DirectorWe're seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to lead our IVF laboratory operations in San Antonio, Texas. This role oversees the full range of complex laboratory procedures supporting infertility treatment and reproductive technologies, and plays a key part in shaping the quality and direction of our lab.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and oversight of IVF laboratory operations, ensuring optimal performance and full compliance with clinical and regulatory standardsRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate professional and support laboratory staff to maintain a high standard of careDevelop and manage quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and quality improvement (QI) programs, including data analysis and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in ongoing research, including oocyte cryopreservation, oocyte maturation, and preimplantation genetic testingEnsure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirementsContribute to organization-wide performance improvement and help foster a culture of excellence in patient careQualificationsMaster's degree in laboratory science required; PhD strongly preferredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in a human IVF laboratory settingCertification as a High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) requiredDemonstrated leadership and management experience in a laboratory environmentExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingWhy You'll Love Working Here – Our Amazing Benefits:Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for our full-time employees, along with complimentary basic life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and long-term disability insurance.
