Help
Duties described reflect the full performance GS-09 level:
Reconcile hand receipt holder account findings with the property record.
Prepare and review requests, turn-ins, and transfers of expendable items.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations for supply documentation.
Resolve discrepancies between recorded and actual on-hand inventories.
Utilize the USACE Automated Personal Property Management System (APPMS) to account for and manage personal property assets.
Utilize desktop computers and a variety of software packages to implement and document actions related to supply and logistics.
Operate a motor vehicle to pick up and deliver supplies and equipment.
Evaluate local procurements and supply policies and procedures to determine soundness with operational requirements.
Utilize the Logistics Information Warehouse to assist in managing the supply program.
Identify and report equipment that is excess, obsolete, or no longer meets mission requirements.
Analyze statistics and determine trends in performed operations to recommend appropriate corrective action.
Maintain accountability of property books for government and vendor-owned equipment.
