About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director of Development to play a pivotal role in the national growth and business development function. The successful candidate will be a strategic builder with a strong background in construction, capable of influencing multimillion and billion-dollar project pipelines and guiding enterprise growth strategy. This leadership position demands a professional who can lead and orchestrate national business development strategy, refine pipeline management processes, and build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of complex pursuit efforts and establishing performance standards across a growing development team. Applicants for the Managing Director of Development role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with 10 to 20 years in the construction industry, particularly in business development, preconstruction, or project execution.
