Pipe Helper - Utility Construction

The Pipe Layer Helper supports pipe crews in the installation of underground utility systems. This position assists with materials, tools, trench preparation, and general labor duties to ensure efficient project completion.

Location: Harlingen, TX (project anticipated to be over one year in duration with travel opportunities available after project completion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pipe layers with utility installation activities
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Help prepare trenches and maintain safe work areas
• Assist with pipe alignment and connections
• Perform general labor and cleanup duties
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support crew productivity and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Construction or utility experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn underground utility installation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Team-oriented attitude
