Technical Support Representative

We’re looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative who’s equal parts curious, capable, and kind. You’ll partner with our customers (many of whom are technical pros themselves) to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and make sure they walk away thinking, “Wow, that was easy.” Think of yourself as the Samwise Gamgee of support: you may not carry the ring, but you make sure the heroes of the story get to Mordor safely. What you’ll do: Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation Collaborate with your teammates to share insights and continuously improve how we work What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset A proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and growing with the company What you’ll get: Competitive compensation, $50k-$60k annually 100% paid health, dental, and basic life insurance premiums (including family coverage) Long-Term Disability insurance Generous PTO that increases with tenure 401(k) with company matching Ongoing training for professional and career development Great workplace environment and the tools to succeed Drinks, snacks, and team-building lunches and activities In-office chiropractic services Company retreats and trips to fun destinations Your schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (either 7-3 or 9-5).
