1st Shift Bakery Assistant

Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable experienced baker assistant for a bakery in Springdale, AR. This versatile position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our bakery operations, including assisting with the bread baking industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop your skills in a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Location: Springdale, AR

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm

Pay rate: $16

Duties:

• Assisting in the bread-making and baking process. This includes kneading and cutting dough.
• Bagging and organizing bread and cookies
• Cleaning and operating equipment as needed
• Learning our bakery processes to ensure product is made with consistency
• Cleaning up work areas. This includes sweeping, cleaning tables, doing some dishes.

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable around heavy equipment in a warehouse
• High school education or equivalent
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work with others
