Assistant Manager - Customer Service Associate

Coordinate dispatching for HVAC services, manage warranties, and handle ordering for supplies. Maintain administrative organization and close the office at the end of each business day to ensure operations are wrapped up smoothly. Support both customers and the efficiency of the office on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer service and manager experience. HVAC and dispatching experience. Schedule & Benefits Full-time, in-office role. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
