Overview VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Fiberglass Technician for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM. This is a Full‑Time, Temp‑to‑Hire Opportunity. Schedule: Mon‑Friday 7am‑3:30pm. $18 per hour. Responsibilities Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on aircraft components to ensure structural integrity. Apply wet lay‑up techniques using epoxy resins and fiberglass or carbon cloth. Utilize tooling and fixtures to facilitate accurate and effective repairs. Assist with pre‑preg, vacuum bagging, and spray painting tasks as needed. Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality and safety standards. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in fiberglass or composite repair. Proficiency with wet lay‑up techniques, epoxy resins, and fiberglass or carbon cloth. Familiarity with pre‑preg and vacuum bagging processes is a plus. Knowledge of spray painting techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
