Job Description
Schedule:
40 hours a week; primarily M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care to an average of 14 patients per day.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
