Administrative Operations Specialist Immunology Division

University of Iowa

The University of Iowa is seeking an Administrative Services Specialist to support daily operations and coordinate activities in the Immunology division. The role includes managing schedules, correspondence, and financial responsibilities, as well as providing administrative supervision to support staff. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 6 months to 1 year of administrative support experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills are required.
