The Framingham based Law Offices of Alan M. Cohen & Associates LLC, a growing commercial litigation firm is seeking a paralegal preferably with three to ten years’ experience. Requirements Strong academic credentials 3-10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience 3+ Microsoft Word and Excel 1+ year of Clio Experience (preferred) Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Strong skills in Legal Research Experience with drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred Why Work at the Law Offices of Alan M.
